No more than one (1) pet is allowed per room, regardless of room size.
To be eligible for this promotion, the accompanying pet must stay throughout the booking duration.
Please note that room cleaning will not take place if the pet is left unattended at the time of cleaning service.

A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of S$150 (before prevailing government taxes) is applicable for all pet stays. The fee is charged on a per month basis for long term stays (more than a month).

Cancellation to be advised 7-days prior to the stay date.
A 7-day notice period is required for date amendments.
An amendment to stay dates may result in the reassessment of daily rates, with the difference in cost (if any) being charged prior to refunding (if applicable).
